The VC, Crown University Int’l Chartered Incorporated (Argentina, Americas, and Affiliates Worldwide) made this assertion today in a press release made available to Newsmen by his Senior Special Assistant, On Media And Publicity, Sir Bieni Victor Emenike stated that the Board and Management of CUICI frowned totally at that development as the University is fully and globally registered, recognized, accredited and is, will and continue to maintain its autonomous identity as a legal entity with a different, unique trademark and caution against further move to avoid legal action.

He added that his University, Crown University Intl. Chartered Inc( Argentina, Americas, and affiliates Worldwide) has a unique website, trademarks with global registration, recognition, and accreditation logos, mission and vision that is different University anywhere in the World.

He then went down memory lane to narrate the history of Crown University Int’l Chartered Incorporated to Clarify and debunk the allegations and put the records straight for future references.

Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu stated that CUICI Website is www.crownintl.education, with both old and new logo, that the old logo is the first he started with, which he said has also being registered as an international trademark order with receipt number: 668383, Customer number:270163, that the new logo is currently the one being used by the University, which is also unique, that is there on the Internet for everyone to see.

Crown University International Chartered Inc VC stated further that his Institution is a full legal entity in both registration and accreditation as the referenced his University’s registration with the Department in charge of University Education both the Argentine Ministries of Education and Health in his new school’s corporate headquarters.

The World Distinguished Professor of Information Communication Technology, then gave some explanations on the roles of each global Accreditation bodies in partnership with Crown University International Chartered Incorporation, aside other Universities, Institutions, Organizations globally.

He stated that International Association of Transnational Universities is a worldwide education accrediting network following the GAAP standards of the board of quality standards.

Established in 1991.

According to Professor Aremu, the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) acts as a translation device to make national qualifications more readable across Europe, promoting workers’ and learners’ mobility between countries and facilitating their lifelong learning. The EQF aims to relate different countries’ national qualifications systems to a common European reference framework. Individuals and employers will be able to use the EQF to better understand and compare the qualifications levels of different countries and different education and training systems.

He finally stated that the European Union (EU) is a political and economic union of 28 member states that are located primarily in Europe.[11] Its members have a combined area of 4,475,757 km2 (1,728,099 sq mi) and an estimated total population of about 513 million.
